Together with our partners we have more than 30 years of experience in building, renovating, designing and restoring homes in the South of Europe.
Oftentimes, the perfect holiday property is not on the market. We therefore focus on the location and potential of the land and property that we buy. We then use our expertise to renovate, design and furnish each home to August’s high standards.

A splendid modern villa, designed to suit the needs of a growing family, this contemporary home stands on a front-line plot that directly faces the Cadaques bay.
The accommodation includes a large open-plan living and dining room, that opens onto an extensive covered terrace, a large island dining kitchen, a master suite, six further en-suite bedrooms, a gym and fitness suite, cinema, office, and a garage for four vehicles.

This charming 10 room mid-50s townhouse had not been updated in over 30 years. Through our design and build process we completed the entire renovation, including new kitchen, bathrooms, plumbing, electrics as well as garden and swimming pool, within a swift timeframe.
Throughout the process there was a continued focus on creating modern and functional spaces, while maintaining a cosy and unique atmosphere that respected both the house’s history and the new owners’ style. The peaceful garden and pool area we created complements the large and bright communal spaces, making it a perfect spot to enjoy intimate dinners all year long.
For us - the unique thing about August is that we get access to 5 homes all over Europe in remarkable locations for the same price as a normal holiday home in the UK.
Our founder also started the successful online interior design platform in the UK, Homewings, and has furnished and designed interiors more than 10,000 homes across Europe, demonstrating a true understanding of the styles and tastes of British and European families.
We aim to bring this expertise to our families and combine it with respect and love for original regional differences. Together with our partners, we make sure every August home feels comfortable and attractive, yet homely.
